I mean, what are we going to do if we get somewhere early?? Sit around?? Wait for the happenings to begin?? We'd rather
Yes, I did lose a nursing job because of the 23 tardies I had in ONE month, (impressive, eh?) that was after my employer had ignored all the tardies from many months prior. They loved me, I am and was a phenomenal nurse, but I received one too many complaints from a couple of nurses who wished to go home and had to wait on me to relieve them. I know, it was irresponsible and inconsiderate. (Just so you know, I was commuting 30 minutes to get to work from Lawrence AND pulling myself out of bed at the butt crack of dawn, 5:30am, you also know I am NOT an early bird.) I was only late 15 minutes at the most. Judd has his own reasons for his tardiness. I personally don't think he understands what "hurry up" means, yet I'm not here to air out his laundry...I just think it's quite funny when the other day, he called Savannah out on the same. He turns to me with a very serious demeanor and quietly says, "I just don't think she understands what 'hurry up' means." Right.
I know deep in my heart that Judd and I will prevail and teach our children to be punctual as we conquer and make great examples, because that's how children learn, you know.
