I find that my days are filled with SO MUCH blogging material that it's so hard for me to chose one topic, one happening. If I shared about everything I wanted to share, I would be sitting here typing all day long. So I've compiling a list of things I could, should and might blog about...
1. Breastfeeding - Yep! I did it! Two babies breastfed exclusively for a little over a year each. Baby #3 will also be breastfed for a year at least. With Savannah, I followed the textbook and pediatric recommendations regarding what foods to introduce and when. That reminds me, both of my babies hardly touched jarred or processed baby food. I purredd! With Luke, I was a little bit more relaxed about food introduction and breastfed him more than he ate "outside food". Breastfeeding is just too easy.
2. This is my first year in MOPS and I love it! So thankful to be around more moms! More ideas, more blessed friendships, more playdates, more blessed friendships.
3. Baby naps. For the most part Luke naps a good two to three hours around midday. Savannah naps around one to two hours in the afternoon. She tends to skip naps on some days. I thank the heavens when they sleep at the same time. I am a tired pregnant mamma.
4. I'm planning out our fall family photo/Christmas photo. I need to decide if we are dressing up or keeping it casual. There are so many photography places to choose from here in K.C! It doesn't help that I get coupons and emails for free sitting and freebies from all over. Yes, I still haven't mastered my indecisiveness, but when I do, watch out world.
5. I need to start on fall crafts! All these fun filled books I've been checking out from the library are just waiting for me to get started. I know Savannah, Luke and I are going to have such a fun time cutting out fall colored leaves and hanging them from the ceiling along with much more fun things to do!
6. There's popcorn balls to be made! There's Halloween costumes to coordinate! Savannah wants to be a princess. Yay! She is going to be a great little princess. I know she wants to be pink and frilly. This year may be the last year I get to choose Luke's costume, I'm leaning towards a pirate. I need to figure out what to do for his eye patch, I know he won't wear one, so I was thinking about painting one on using natural products. What products, I'm not sure. I'll have to Google or go to About.com.
7. Gotta hit the pumpkin patches! So much fun, so many great pics!
8. I'm due in April, not showing yet.
9. I'm just really excited about this time of year!!!!!!
I love Fall.
